Bedrooms: 1 large bedroom with double bed (+ sofa bed located in the living area).
Bathrooms: Spacious Bathroom with shower and WC
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen area has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Fully equipped for self catering. together with picnic basket for days out.
Living Rooms: Open plan living area with log burner, dining table, sofa, double sofa bed, colour TV and Freeview / DVD ( films available for use during your stay).
Other: Patio area with table and chairs, gas BBQ and sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen, bath robes, bath and beach towels are provided. Towels will be changed mid week on request.

Notes on accommodation
Log burning stove in living area, electric heaters in bedroom and bathroom.
Pets may be accepted but additional waver fee and cleaning may apply.

Coast/Beach
Lac de Guerledan is withing 2km and this has a small beach, childrens play area and swimming facilities. Linker Cottage is located in the centre of Brittany and
therefore access to seaside beaches in the south, north and west and will take approx 1 - 1.5 hours depending on which area of country you wish to visit.

Travel
Roscoff and St Malo channel ports are 120km and 140km respectively. Dinard airport is 130km and Brest airport is 125km. Travel time by car will take approx
2 hours from any of these arrival points. To enjoy this location and surrounding area a car is recommended.

Distances
The nearest village of St Aignan is 8km away. Pontivy town is 21km. To the south Lorient is 70 km and Vannes is 75km, to the north St Brieuc is 55km and
to the west Brest is 125km. To the east Rennes is 120km.

Linker Cottage, Malvran, St. Aignan, Brittany, 56480 Google Map follow local signs for Lac de Guerledan / Anse de Sordan and we're just up the road.

Further details
There is a local shop in the village of St Aignan and Mur De Bretagne (10km) has a small supermarket. Larger supermarkets can be found in Pontivy (21km).
There many restaurants in the area including the Merlin located on Lac de Guerledan and the Abbey Bon Repos both within 2 km - numerous other restaurants are
available and can be accessed within a 15 - 30 min drive.

Booking notes
10% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your holiday date. Balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. The Standard refundable damage
waver fee of £100 must be paid when booking - refunded in full if the property is left as found and no damage is incurred.
If applicable, there is an additional Pets damage waver fee of £75; £25 may be retained for any additional cleaning costs incurred.
